After ending his relationship with Jessie J about a month ago, Channing Tatum joined Raya, an exclusive dating app for celebrities, actors, and musicians.
Tatum and Jessie J are reportedly “still really close and still good friends,” but Tatum is ready to move on, according to an anonymous source.
“He’s been on Raya for a few weeks,” said the source. “He would love to be dating someone and is not shy about it. He wants to have fun again, and he doesn’t care if he meets someone online, a setup, or just walking down the street. A friend suggested Raya, and he felt like he had nothing to lose by joining.”
Tatum’s profile jokingly adds, “And yes, I used to be a stripper. Sorry.” His profile song is “Brown Sugar” by D’Angelo. With that kind of charm and taste in music, he should have a million matches by 2020.
Meanwhile, Jessie J commented on her breakup with Tatum.
“It will never feel normal to me when people discuss, debate, and have an opinion on my life, especially my personal life,” she wrote. “Unless you experience it, it’s a weird feeling to really try and describe. I know I can’t control what people say and do, but I can speak the truth – one time. Truth is, for as much as the press need and want some drama or to say a slightly different thing in every story to differ from the last, in my most recent breakup, there was no drama, no hate, no juicy gossip. We are just two very normal (happen to be famous) people who met, dated, had so much fun, and just admitted over time it didn’t work as a romantic relationship. [We are] still friends, still respect and have love for one another. Simple. You have to throw yourself into love to know if it will work or not. In our case, some of the world was watching, that was and is the only difference. Now, let’s get back to writing stories in the press about real-world problems and educating people on the important things that are going on.”
